Second Saturday Crafts

Today we had lots of quilters, women and even husbands who came to chat, quilt and drink coffee. It is snowing out but inside it is fun and warm, inviting. It is a great day at the library! We plan on having another one on the Second Saturday in February. More information to come.

Craft Program Success

One of our patrons, Brenda came to the first craft program held here at the library in November. She was very new to the sewing/crafting thing and was a bit apprehensive about trying something new. After one session, she loved making the microwave bowls and so did a “few” at Christmas for friends and family. These are just a few of the ones she made.
If you are interested in trying a new craft, we have one coming up on January 12, at 9:30 am at the Community Room here at the library. Call for 620-244-5119 for more information if you are interested in attending. The More the Merrier!!
